When Joshua, Jacob, and Nicholas were
small boys they were wild-hearted artists,
throwing color on the page with uncensored
abandon, making brush strokes so bold that
all I could do was stand to the side, smile,
and cheer them on, saying 'yes, you go!'
And so this card, a fusion of their unfettered
spirit and the art that I hear in my boys' gifts.
